Bronston Clough
Bronston Clough is the son of a retired Special Forces Command Sergeant Major. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served over 6 years as an Infantry Officer. He served in the 101st Airborne Division as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Battalion Mortar Platoon leader, and S3-Air. He deployed with the 101st to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He served as a Ranger Instructor and the BN Personnel Officer at the Benning Phase of Ranger School at Fort Benning, Georgia. He is currently a plant manager for an automotive supplier. Bronston has also authored Quotes and Quips, Tactical Checklists, Land Nav: Basic to Advanced, The Ranger Patrol Guide, and Special Operations Advanced Patrolling.
Sean Ambriz
Sean is a Master Sergeant currently serving as the Provost Sergeant at Fort Carson. He is military police Soldier. He deployed twice to Afghanistan and is a double recipient of the Bronze Star for Valor. His previous positions include First Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, and Squad leader, Team Leader, Driver, Gunner, Platoon Medic, Designated Squad Marksman, and Small Group Leader. He authored Ghosts of the Valley detailing his deployment to Afghanistan and the loss of his platoon leader. He is the coauthor of Lessons Learned Platoon Sergeant. Sean recently earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Homeland Security and is working towards his Master’s Degree in Homeland Security. Sean is the author of Ghosts of the Valley, and co-author of Lessons Learned: Platoon Sergeant.
Johnnie Hickson Jr.
Johnnie is Leadership Educator, Certified ETA Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Instructor, Drill SGT, and Army Officer(R). A winner numerous Army boards Johnnie is the author of The Board Master.
Spencer Beatty
Spencer enlisted in the Army in 2001 and served four years in the JAG Corps as a paralegal specialist with the 101st Airborne Division. He completed OCS and was commissioned as an Armor Officer in 2005. He has commanded two companies and has drawn upon this experience and lessons learned while co-authoring Company Command with Major General (Retired) Meyer. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College (2016-2017). His deployments include three tours to Iraq, and one tour to Afghanistan. Major Spencer Beatty has authored the following titles: Beans to Bullets: Logistics for the Non Logistician, and the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), and co-author of Company Command: The Bottom Line.
Johan Ponder
Command Sergeant Major Johan S. Ponder enlisted in the United States Army on August 8, 1995 from Durham, North Carolina. Command Sergeant Major Ponder has held every leadership positions from Team Leader, to Battalion Operations Sergeant Major. He is a recipient of the following distinguished awards Audie Leon Murphy Club, Major General RED Newman award for Leadership, Mentorship, and Counseling, the Military order of Saint Christopher, and the Recruiter Medallion of Excellence. He is the author of Cadence: Not for the Weak or Fainthearted and co-author of Lessons Learned: Squad Leader.
