Terms of Agreement
Distribution:
Vendor agrees to distribute to AAFES and other military installations, bookstores deemed appropriate. The vendor agrees to distribute and display books in a timely manner
Shipping:
Freight/delivery charges to vendor’s warehouse will be paid by publisher.

Terms:
The vendor will receive a discount of 55% from the cover price or suggested retail price.
Payment terms:
Payment will be 60day from receipt of product.
Returns:
Byrrd Enterprises will be offered replacement books for books delivered damaged or defective. Defective books are defined as those to be unsalable as the result of the manufacturing process, i.e. pages printed upside down, missing pages or out of sequence, defective bindings, etc.
Books displayed in locations and later returned to the vendor as unsold will be returned by Byrrd to publisher for credit and/or monetary reimbursement. A pull date of 6 to 9 months shall be given to each title purchased from publisher. After this period a title with insufficient sell-through, as determined by Byrrd, may be pulled for return to publisher.
Returns will be credited at full cost basis with credit issued against outstanding debts, or applied to purchase of additional titles. In the event no outstanding debts or additional titles are suitable for distribution by Byrrd Enterprises, credit shall be in the form of a check made payable to Byrrd Enterprises within 90 days of receipt of returns.
Reprints or new editions:
Both parties agree to a 90-120 day notification of reprint of a new edition of existing title, allowing adequate opportunity to exhaust inventories of the previously stocked title.
Impact Credit Card:
All credit card sales are final and therefore not returnable.
